Monday Morning Productions was established in 1998 with the Off-Off Broadway production A Month of Sundays at Theatre Row Theatre. Written by Producing Artistic Director Jason Cicci, since then, MMP has featured Cicci's work as a playwright, producer and screenwriter as well as debuting new works by established playwrights. Productions have featured well-known performers from stage and screen.

The works of Mr. Cicci are most frequently produced by MMP, including his stage plays and series, including the award-winning show "He's With Me" and the comedy series "Cady Did" starring Tony Award Winner Cady Huffman.  Mr. Cicci's collaborations with Director Bob Giraldi have yielded two of his short films, including "Superfriends" and the multi-award-winning "A Conversational Place".​

MMP's creative series have focused on staged readings of existing works, featuring the works of artists and helping writers to finish their projects:

Collective Arts has showcased artists of all kinds, including writers, comedians, musicians and filmmakers.  

 

mondayevenings, a script reading series, has featured works by many playwrights and screenwriters including Susan Sandler and Eric Pfeffinger.

 

Reading Writers offers writers the opportunity to hear their work read aloud and receive constructive criticism so that they can go back to work refining their stories and scripts.​
